JesseCollier.com | Family and Friends | From Family | From my grandpa, Hayden Collier | 8 mm reels

Things to remember about 8 mm film. It was shot on tiny little reels of film at 16 frames-per-second, usually in amateur cameras getting banged around outside, and on top of that, with no sound. So the quality might not appear to be the best, but it is pretty amazing to look back at home movies from 40 to 70 years ago.

Most reels were not dated, but I’ve still tried to organize them chronologically by family showing up in them. All titles come from text written on the reels or from the boxes some of them were stored in. If anything needs to be changed, or if you have any information to add, please let me know.
